From a young age I said to myself "I will own a JPS Norton bike one day", after seeing my dream bike flying past all the Japenese machines on the long straight at Snetterton in the 1989 'Race of Aces'.
We aquired our first JPS Norton bike in the summer of 2006. After it failed at auction the dealer in Italy called me immediately and we sealed the deal!
With the help of Dave Evans (an ex JPS team mechanic) we restored the bike back to its origional condition as Robert Dunlop rode it in the 1990 Northwest 200 road races, this bike is now ex works factory specification!
Our second JPS Norton bike came all the way from Australia where a collector had it stored in a shed but had no means of aquiring parts. We shipped the bike over to Britain, that bike also has received a full rebuild by Dave. The 1989 model is how Steve Cull rode it in the 1989 Northwest 200, Isle of Mann TT and the Ulster Grand Prix.
We have entered many motorcycling events with the bikes and have been very lucky to have many star names to ride them.
Check our events page to see where we will be appearing and stop for a chat in the paddock!
